On board a Military Airlift Command Starlifter, former Prisoners of War, U.S. Navy LT CMDR Edward Anthony Davis (captured 26 Aug 1965) and his puppy, MACO, catch some well deserved rest after departing Clark Air Base, Philippines. The puppy was given to him by a North Vietnamese guard prior to his release in the second group of POW's from Hanoi on February 12, 1973. DOD photo taken by SSGT Larry Wright on 1 February 1973.
